Pin & Palm is a private golf retreat for groups who already know each other. You book the whole villa. Just your group, no strangers. Based in the eastern Algarve, near Tavira and the Ria Formosa, with groups of two to six welcome.

You play Quinta da Ria, Quinta da Cima and Monte Rei, three of the finest courses in Portugal. The villa backs directly onto the Quinta da Ria fairways. On the other side, 15 acres of working avocado farm run straight down to your own private beach. There's an outdoor hitting net with a Rapsodo launch monitor in the garden for when you want to keep grooving the swing. Everything is included: the golf, the food, the drink, the transport. Five days, nothing to organise.

The Villa

A 3,000 sq ft private villa set on a 15-acre avocado farm in the eastern Algarve. The land runs all the way down to the beach. Private access, no public path, no crowds. There's an outdoor hitting net and Rapsodo launch monitor in the garden, and enough space that a group of six never feels cramped.

The villa backs directly onto the 11th fairway. A links-style layout through the wetlands of the Ria Formosa. Fast greens, sea breezes and views across the lagoon to the Atlantic. Your first round, and the one you'll want to replay.

Quinta da Cima
Eastern Algarve
Same owner as Quinta da Ria, same setting, completely different character. Wider off the tees and longer, with beautiful olive tree-lined fairways on bermuda grass that makes the whole place feel like a different region. A course you can swing freely on, and one of the most scenic rounds in the Algarve.

We run retreats across two seasons — late spring and autumn. Tell us which weeks suit your group and we'll confirm availability and get you booked in.

Before you ask

Common questions.

Pin & Palm is for groups who already know each other: friends, colleagues, regular golf partners. You book the whole villa for your group, so there are no strangers. Groups of two to six are welcome, and we're well set up for all abilities.
Everything except flights and personal spending. That means the villa, all three rounds of golf, all food throughout the week, all wine, beer and soft drinks, transport to and from courses, the wine tour, and both dinners out. Club rental is available at €200 per person if needed.
Fly into Faro, about an hour from the villa. We arrange a shared transfer from the airport on arrival day and back on departure day. You're also welcome to hire a car. Full logistics info is sent once you're booked.
Minimum two, maximum six. The villa has five bedrooms: four with double beds and one with two singles, each with its own en-suite shower. For a group of six, one room is twin-share. For smaller groups, there's plenty of space.
Deposits are fully refundable up to 60 days before arrival. After that, we'll always try to move your place to another date or find a replacement guest. Full terms are sent when you book. No nasty surprises.
Just your group. The whole villa is yours. That means two to six people who already know each other. No mixing with other guests, no shared lounges with strangers. It's a private trip.

Near Tavira and Cacela Velha, on the edge of the Ria Formosa natural park. The villa backs directly onto the Quinta da Ria golf course. You can see the fairways from the garden. The 15-acre avocado farm the villa sits on runs all the way to a private beach. No public access, no neighbours on the sand. This stretch of coast is largely untouched: fishing villages, tidal islands, long empty beaches.

Most people fly to Faro and head west. We go the other way.
